Where our information comes from
Market ranges shown on Domicy are built from several sources, and no partner or sponsor can change them.
A homeowner's own quotations
When a homeowner uploads a quote, Domicy uses it to help review that specific project. The document remains private.
Aggregated user information
With appropriate permission, anonymised quote information can contribute to broader market ranges without exposing names, addresses or project documents.
A Cyprus wide data campaign
Domicy gathered market information directly from trusted companies across construction, renovation and home improvement categories.
Trusted companies and partners
Selected companies and partners contributed current product, service and pricing information to improve coverage and accuracy.
Accepted quotations shared freely
Some companies voluntarily shared accepted quotations from completed or approved projects across Cyprus, giving Domicy evidence of prices agreed in real situations.
Where a category does not yet have enough verified information, Domicy says so instead of showing a number that cannot be supported.
