Using Domicy
Domicy provides free information to support preliminary planning. Results depend on the details you enter and the sources available, and may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
What results mean
- Cost Calculator: indicative planning estimate, not a quotation. Actual costs depend on specifications, site conditions and contractor pricing.
- Plot Finder: indicative planning information, not confirmation of buildability or planning permission. Official-source information may be incomplete or out of date, and Domicy's floor-area and footprint figures are preliminary planning illustrations. Verify boundaries and applicable rules with professionals and the competent authorities before purchasing or designing.
- Quote Checker: based on the supplied document and available benchmarks. Not a contractor endorsement or assessment of workmanship.
- VAT Calculator: indicative calculation, not tax advice. Confirm eligibility and treatment with the Tax Department or a qualified adviser.
- Permits Planner: general guidance, not confirmation of approval requirements. Check with the competent authority.
Domicy does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, tax or financial advice. Get appropriate professional checks before you buy, design, build, sign contracts or make tax decisions.
